I'm definitely getting this game. I liked the good/not so good decisions you could make in the first to get the different endings/outcomes, and I'm happy to see this is still in and improved.

The confirmed roster already sounds awesome.

I haven't decided if I'm going to buy this yet. I liked X-Men Legends, X-Men Legends II, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, and Justice League Heroes but for some reason I'm just not excited for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.

I think you should get it. You can buy really cheap, nowadays.

If you want a kickass 2-4 player beat'em up with replay value and occasionally even actual difficulty... (not just cheap shots) then you should pick up Ultimate Alliance or one of the X men games. Legends 2 was decent, as I recall.

Although I liked the visuals... the animation (character animation, not the artwork) wasnt very smooth and the fusion attacks were more for show.. more lame.

But dont let me discourage you from making it a rental.

Same here. I think they capped out with MUA. Too bad that Marvel fighting game EA was working on got scrapped due to the development studio closing last year.

MUA2 should be good. I'm hoping there is much more replay than the first one, and that it is a better experience overall. The first one was kind of a bore, and multiplayer was frustrating at times.

I like some of the Marvel characters but I don´t think a game like this can be fun. Well maybe with friends, but then again there are far better games for multiplayer.

A good update and some new screens. The game is based around Civil War. You start out playing the prologue, and have a choice of which side to take: anti-registration or pro-registration. Iron Man is of course on the pro-team, and Captain America's on the anti-team. You can sway other Marvels like Spider-Man and Thor to either side you play on, which is pretty cool, and we will supposedly get a new character unveiling in March.

I can't wait. Thor looks like he's gonna be a powerhouse again in this game.

Just read about the whole civil war arc.. interesting stuff. Cant wait to play this!

Well now that they've added the Civil War story I might have to pick this up. I wonder if they'll kill off Captain America.

I can see it playing out like the last game, with the Watcher telling you the outcome of your decisions. Cap could die depending on what you decide to do. Or since you can play as anti/pro, you get two different endings.
