If you mean TV media, Al Jazeera and LinkTV are both doing a good job (IMO) covering the situation in Venezuela. But the mainstream (right wing and left wing) U.S. TV media basically just covers whichever stores are sexy at the moment. And those, they run into the ground, interviewing people who don't know any more about the issue than one of us... just to fill air time.
Including Reuters and the BBC, there are several general media sources that have also done a good job covering the situation. But anymore, you can't expect anything from ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CBS, Fox or CNN that doesn't follow some pre-determined script or biased political point of view. Apart from 60 Minutes and Charlie Rose, I don't think any of those channels are even worth watching anymore for (legitimate, unbiased) news stories or investigative journalism.
I would encourage anyone who can appreciate largely unbiased news, and you can stand to think for yourself (which is becoming increasingly rare in the U.S. these days), to give Al Jazeera America a try. Don't fall for the lies that the enemies of the truth have told about what Al Jazeera America is all about... as I did for awhile. On its worst day, it's exponentially better than CNN and Fox News on their best days.
