Porno Junkie
Actually, if you put your finger on any of today's popular R&B singers you'll have a 6'7" steroid monstrosity beating the living shit out of you within 3 seconds. :hatsoff:

Good twist to my comment but I know you got the idea of what I meant. :)

Prince can play the guitar. The first time I saw him play one I thought, oh crap, I didn't know he could do that!

Sometimes Prince played ALL instruments on his albums.

I saw some people here try to dismiss Michael Jackson's genius because he supposedly cannot play a musical instrument.:1orglaugh Jackson was a capable drummer/percussionist who played drums all the way back to Thriller('Beat It' in particular) until his last album.( Some of the same nonsense was also said about James Brown who was also an accomplished instumentalist on drums/organ/guitar,piano,etc.....but why waste these performers by stting them behind instruments?)

What good would it be to waste the greatest performer of all time(Jackson) by sitting him behind a set of drums or at a keyboard in concert? He also composed by Piano so Jackson was a multi-instrumentalist.

Nothing for him to prove(especially to guys on the internet) as he was a very capable musician who composed, arranged for instruments & Vocals & played multiple instruments on many of his records.

I have been listening to his stuff for 4 days straight & can hardly imagine a world without Michael Jackson in it.
Mike was at his absolute best, imo, on his mid tempo numbers like "Rock With You", 'Off The Wall', Billie Jean & even later numbers like 'Another Part of Me',etc.........

My hand is my best friend!
Been watching some tribute songs of him on youtube and then decided to head to his official website. They have up section where you can write your thoughts about him,
it was very touching what people all aover the world wrote about him,and is still writing.
Then I took a look at his accomplishments.
Five of Jackson’s solo albums – “Off the Wall,” “Thriller,” “Bad,” “Dangerous” and “HIStory,” all with Epic Records, a Sony Music label – are among the top-sellers of all time. During his extraordinary career, he sold an estimated 750 million records worldwide, released 13 No.1 singles and became one of a handful of artists to be inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Guinness Book of World Records recognized Jackson as the Most Successful Entertainer of All Time and “Thriller” as the Biggest Selling Album of All Time. Jackson won 13 Grammy Awards and received the American Music Award’s Artist of the Century Award.
Whoa.:hatsoff:

Roll a d6.
Causes of death: overdose on painkillers + sleep medication (final push: Demerol)

As the doctor said, "Michael has a faint pulse" clearing indicating respiratory distress due to massive amount of long-acting painkillers plus the final act: Demerol.

Michael Jackson died the same way as his ex-father-in-law, Elvis Presley !

In order:

Off The Wall -20 million plus units

Thriller- 100 m units:eek:

Bad -30 m units

Dangerous -32m units

History -40 m units(20 million copies of double album)

Invincible-11 m units (This would be a career album for all but a handful of artist ,but it was considered a disappointment/'failure' by the media:rolleyes:

The guy was consistently great & no one can live up to Thriller's sales ,but amazing that the man put out three 30 million plus albums afterward's.
One music writer described him as The Beatles/Presley/James Brown rolled into one man & I agree.

If FreeOnes was a woman, I'd marry her!

Ye Gods, man...

Can a man not wear purple, sing in a high voice and 'mince' a little, without being accused of being gay?

Is Michael Jackson's death going to produce the largest following ever?

In other words, has there been a celebrity or otherwise death to produce as much reaction from the world than Jackson's? Maybe Lady Diana?
