News flash 1 : Hillary LOST. She's not President, she'll nevver be, her political carreer is over, she's nor relevant anymore
Newsflash 2 : Trump said that if he was in charge, Hillary "would be in jail".
He promised to "ask [his] General Attorney to get a special prosecutor to look into [Hillary's] situation"
He had his fans chanting "lock her up" in every meeting
But six weeks after beingt elected, he said he wasn't interested anymore about putting Hillary behind bars, saying Hillary "went through a lot and suffered greatly in many different ways." and that he desn't "want to hurt the clintons".

The Truth is Trump and the Clintons are old friends and he certainly won't go after his friends.
So if you're mad because Hillary is still free, if you think she belongs behind bars, Trump is to blame : He said he had the power ot jail her and that he would use that power. Then, he refused to do what he promised you to do.
He's protecting her.

actually this is still relevant vis-à-vis the recent IG report.
She lost the election but she also mishandled classified information that had actually been compromised. Comey acting as a prosecutor which wasn't his role as FBI director brought up "intent." Intent is irrelevant in either case in the OP according to the statute. One went to prison; the other ran for president.
Imagine if the actors were flipped and the shit storm that would've ensued from the left.
