A Miss Universe Australia finalist has hit back at claims she is too thin, saying she is happy with her body and eats up to eight meals a day.

Seriously sad. Yes there are alot of women who are naturally thin, but not naturally thin to the point where they look like they are dying.

Severely bothers me that there are people and children all over the world that look like that because they don't have any food, or any way to nourish their bodies...and women are going to such lengths to starve themselves to look like that in the name of "beauty".

I've known some people who are like that, mostly guys though, who can eat a whole extra large pan pizza all by themselves and still be flagpole thin, some are in my family and I was like that too when I was a kid until I was about my mid to late 20's, barely gained any weight from age 18 to 28.

8 meals a day is fine. A lot of people eat small meals because they eat a little through out the day. My doctor says 5 small meals a day is actually the best way to eat. :thumbsup:

If your into fitness it's very normal to eat 6-9 meals a day. I'm assuming she doesn't go out and eat 2k worth of calories a meal.
