A little detail to note for most of the posters in this thread: the operation hasn't been performed yet. She has just received a voucher for that mutilation so that she can do it when she's 16. Apparently that's the legal age for this shit.

I think mothers like this belong in prison (or the asylum) and their kids should be taken away from them. Batshit insane.. but typical, really.

I don't know. I think the mom is pretty responsible. After all, instead of flying the daughter off to Thailand or some place to get the implants now, she is making her wait until the legal age of 16. (And imagine how long 9 years must seem to a kid that age.)

I find this to be totally bizarre... When I was 7 years old I could care less what boobs were or what mine were, or were not going to look like in the future. I feel like a person that self conscious at such a young age is bound to be extremely stressed out. That's a damn shame.
