To me it looks like they have airbrushed (photoshoped) her face to make the skin look blemish free (there wernt many blemishes to get rid of) tghis almost always makes things look plastic.

Take a look at Pier999.com sets they overdo it and to the bodies as well as the face.

that having been said the tatoos should go. She was perfect with out them
