I wonder what other ideas they came up with. Unfortunately that's what happens when you use licensed characters. The owners get very protective and only give you so much rope. I'm glad they left the Joker alone. We can thank the fans for that.

They had to beg DC to get a lot of more violent stuff in the game, some of which they granted. But I'm still amazed that DC supposedly denied Midway's request to put in alternate costumes. At least they got Alex Ross to do the collector's edition box art though, that looks pretty badass.

That sucks, one of the reasons I enjoyed Justice League Heroes was because it some alternate costumes that were in the comics. It had Superman's "Godfall" costume which is pretty badass. I could understand it if Midway wanted to put their own created costumes but why not costumes that were featured in the comics?:dunno:

The trailer had some good parts, especially when Scorpion told Captain Marvel to get over here, but something bugged me. Why would Joker be in the same group as Batman? I don't think they could coexist like that...

Really like how Raiden challenged them to Mortal Kombat, though. :thumbsup:

I like Sub-Zero's fatality but the other two make me wish the game was "M" rated.

The game is pretty good and I recommend it to fighting game fans. I've only tried the Arcade mode so far because I wanted to test out all of the fatalities/heroic brutalities. One thing I didn't expect was how much I was going to like Captain Marvel and Deathstroke. I thought I was going to gravitate more towards Superman but I like Captain Marvel better in this game and Deathstroke is just plain sick.
