Some British researcher delcares today the most depressing day of the year. As for myself I got a pint of fine bourbon whiskey and of course i'm at Freeones. How are all of you coping with this "depressing day".....

Why has today been labelled the most depressing day of the year?? The year's only just begun, and they've already decided to choose a day as a depressing day. I don't get it, I haven't really felt low or depressed at all today (I hope I don't before the day is over).

There was a story on the news this morning on this . January 24 is proven to be and proclaimed a day of high suicide rate and depression .

Something about the Christmas let downs , credit card bills arriving and no joy left in winter (xmas over ) so cold weather a bummer and New Year resolutions broken already .Of course then there is the black cloud of Taxes that forms about now for us in the U.S.A. .

My day was actually pretty good, until last night when I chatted with this friend of mine who told me that the girl I like doesn't really want to go out with me anymore because last time we went out back in early December I hinted that I wanted to be more than friends and she thinks that if we go out again I'll try to make my move on her and she just wants to be friends. So that sort of did it, though I got more pissed off than depressed.

I had a dream last night where I was in a car with my Mother and we spun out of control and crashed into a canal. It was so horribly vivid... I even remember shouting "Hold your breath!" just before we were went over the edge.
