Alright...now we're going to have words. There's nothing like a midnight showing of Rocky Horror...specially when it's done correctly and have people that know the shout outs.

The one I saw yesterday, The virgin suicides. I didn't like it, and it seems that people love it.

And...

The Dark Knight

Not a very good plot plot in any way, action scenes not all that great and really Heath Ledgers Death is what really carried this movie

Really can't see how everyone had a jizzfest over this movie

This.

It's just a jump to the left ... and don't forget the pelvic thrust. Great movie.

The only one that really comes to mind is 300. I thought it was shite.

I actually thought the comedy spoof "Meet The Spartans" was better. :D

There is not a movie on earth that I wonder why there are people who like it.

Because there are even people who pay for getting their ass whipped or for getting metal pieces through body parts, or for monstrous tattoos .... you get the picture

I have watched, es an example 3 minutes of SCREAM and walked out. I find zero appeal in a movie that makes good fun out of people (especially women) getting stabbed. Maybe because out of my personal background, whatever

Or splatter horror.

But I have talked to people and heard what they think about these films and I accept that they think that these films are fun to watch.

Again: People are people, and eberybody has his own taste and whatever.

Another thing:

Why do you even waste energy on people who throw every movie by certain actors or directors under the train? You KNOW you can't win an argument against them because they are not arguing.

Very good point, yet there are just some movies that because of how much I didn't like them,it just surprises me that anyone else found enjoyment out of it.

I guess I could say the same thing about Brussels Sprouts too,and the same arguments could be made, and the same results would follow.

Horror movies, have never understood the appeal.

What about the ones that seem real, like things that can actually happen in real life? I feel like those are scary!

LOL. You know, I've never experienced a midnight showing of RHPS, to be honest, so I may be missing out -- I know a few who have and they say it's a freakin' blast. But I just don't like the movie for some reason, try as I might otherwse. My opinion is all the more strange considering that Frank N. Furter and I both have, shall we say, an affinity for the transgender. ;)
