And now I'm thinking of starting a "bring back Blue Countach" thread, but I'd likely be accused of making a cool thread about cool dudes, or some shit like that.

Well, I tried a "Bring back GSB" thread and it got axed and I got PM'd. Don't get me wrong, I'm on your side, but that's probably what's going to happen to you. But I want BC back too.

Ahhh...but see that's the thing. You are just as culpable as Philbert. You instigated this little particular tiff with this post you made earlier in this thread:



That's classic baiting, Mayhem. Philbert reacted to it (predictably) and you call it "flailing away for no discernable reason"?. Call it a "high horse" if you want....I call it reasonable behavior. Maybe it doesn't matter (likely) but please don't expect the inherent right to keep acting that way without others (in this case, me) making notice of it from time to time.

Please understand that I'm not taking sides here, believe me. I'm pretty sure that Philbert hates my guts.

I'm good, and hope you are too.
Nope, looks like no more Medellin for me. I'm in NJ near where I grew up. Ground zero for last years storm.
But after 2 + years of dealing with the US immigration system my girl from medellin and I finally got her visa approved, so she'll be here in about 2 months or sooner.
Thats great news, but even greater is that since mid summer my son ( my son is 11 now, he has Downs syndrome but is 100% healthy thank God) lives with just me and he's doing great in very way.
Finally got a judge who actually took the time to actually look at what was happening and gave me primary custody.
So its been me and him and its been the happiest time of my life, and hopefully even happier when my GF gets here.
Only real problem is money. Never enough, but thats just the way it is these days for all us working idiots I guess.
So its real good to see you again.

I glanced back over the thread. I don't think I said we're enemies, but if I gave that impression I make a full retraction. I may have said you need an enema, but after the toxic, tar-like shit I just took, I can hardly cast the first stone.

I'm glad your family situation is getting better and I sincerely hope it stays that way. Sending good vibes your way. I'm losing my Mom to advanced Alzheimers and she's the only one in my family that I can stomach for longer than 10 minutes. She still remembered me at Christmas, but that's probably going to change anytime now.

sorry about that situation youre in. Ive been in similar. Its overwhelming and very painful I know, for all involved
Not much more to say, we get through it but its always there. I guess thats why its so important to value the time we have when we have it.
