my computer hates imbeded pictures and youtube videos

The government did it.
is there a way that i can set up freeones so that when i go to a thread that is loaded with imbeded pictures and youtube videos, they wont show up so that my computer doesn't have a backlash and make nme want to throw it out my window

yes sir they do load, slowly, which may be caused by the fact that my computer is old and senile

i just wonder if there is a way that i can view threads that have pics and youtube videos, but hav them gon away so i can actually view these threads without screaming at an inanimate onbject

1. Click "Profile"
2. Click "Edit Options"
3. (Half way down in Thread Display Options) Unclick "show images"

I had a PC like that until only a year ago when I decided enough was enough, it kept crashing and a blue screen appearing everyday and I'd spend hours just rebooting it. I just bought a used PC on eBay for under £100 and although lowish spec I can browse without any problems, you may want to consider doing the same as there are loads of 2nd hand PCs on eBay due to the financial crunch.

Refurbished means it got sent back to the factory to be fixed and returned to be sold at a discounted price. They have to label it "refurbished" by law. :2 cents::glugglug:
