My girlfriend mentioned to me a while ago that she wanted to get breast implants. Needless to say, I am extremely excited about this! She's 5'2" and a 34B right now. Her Surgeon thought one was starting to leak, allmost a year later, so she had the original Silicone ones taken out and Saline ones put back in place. She loves them, and I did too. She was a 36B, went to 36D Silicon, then 36DD Saline, medium frame, 5'8", 126lbs. New Girlfriend is Nice 34C, tight, bulging 34B. Your GF just needs to find a VERY GOOD SURGEON!!! I don't hate implants, personally. I just always wonder what drives people to get elective surgeries. Unless a woman's chest is horribly deformed, or say, mangled from breast feeding, or if the woman is interested in getting into porn and feels like bigger boobs will get her more money, I don't really see the point. The desire for larger breasts just indicates, IMO, a lack of self-confidence and a negative self image. Bigger boobs are just artificial - pun kind of intended - self-confidence, that will simply attract superficial, materialistic, and insincere/negative attention from others.
