I have been going to this site for a little while now and I can say things have changed. The video always has lag issues, and the audio cuts in and out.
They do have a wide variety of performers now and you should be able to find a performer to get you're fix.
However, they have the absolute worst customer service ever! I had a problem there on Tuesday and called customer service. I was told it would be forwarded to the tech service people and I should get an email in 24 to 72 hours. Okay. So 3 days later I still have the issue. So I sent and email today, and got a response that showed the person didn't even read my problem!
I can get into my account, but the email says, "I'm sorry you can't access your account." WTF? So I called again today, and was told I hadn't waited long enough because the 72 hours is not up. I told the guy I called Tuesday, and he said our records show you called Thursday. So you haven't waited long enough. BTW, that is 72 hours of business days, so I've actually got to wait longer than that since today is Friday.
It is very plain to see that Naked.com is only interested in separating you from your money and couldn't give a damn about anything else. Price wise, they are okay. But you better never, EVER have a tech problem, because the only thing you can do is wait. At least the guy I talked to did offer to help me do that. :dickhead:
The only reason I am willing to go through all of this is for one of the performers there. If it wasn't for her, I'd just :violent: the whole site!
