Yes, you can just about see the tattoo on her leg - so it is her, thanks. Still don't know which scene this is though, so I don't know if anyone can help me with that?

All I can find on #5 is somewhere suggesting that she is an un-named amateur but it looks like it might be from an actual proper photoshoot to me.
