I don't know if I've seen a better NBA opening weekend. The Magic vs Hawks game was probably the only dud. Other than that, all these games have been very exciting.
I think Carmelo deserves most of the blame. This is your closer and he bricked shot after shot. Then he commits the offensive foul which sets up the Ray Allen game winning 3. Amare was by far the Knicks best player, but I don't think he even touched the ball in the final 2 minutes. The Knicks certainly blew that game.

Knicks-Celtics last play was horrible. They should have called a timeout before the last play of the game. I guess the Knicks live by Melo and die by Melo. Lets hope Melo doesn't struggle too much this serious otherwise people in new york will start blaming him.
