Good call on the facial similarity there, but unfortunately the bodies don't really match up. What sucks is that site advertised on the pic is pretty much defunct; might not get an ID on this girl...

And I think that "Szilvia" in fact is Luisa Rosselini aka Terezka Dvorakova. Do remember that this is vintage stuff so there is no tattoo on her shoulder. Cheers.
