Ok, I did a right click and it named itself and saved it as a gif.
I also imported it into Windows Movie Maker and made a clip of it.

Then I deleted both.

Just follow these steps. That's what it's all about.....

1. you put your right arm in.

2. you put your right arm out.

3. you put your right arm in.
3a. and you shake it all about.......
