Newbie question!

Hello, I'm kind of new to this whole forumns thing, how can I change what it says under the avatar?? right now it just says I'm a newbie or something like that and I've seen other people have it customised

You can not change what it says under your avatar. It automatically changes with the number of posts you have.

The message under your name changes according to your post count. It changes about about every five posts or so. It's not customisable in any way.
