It's not the world I'm afraid...it's the US.
I find it incredibly sad at how Americans are slowly sterilizing childhood. No more PB&J sandwiches, cupcakes baked by mom brought in for your class for your birthday because god forbid it might contain peanut products, no class or school holiday parties because you might offend the minority, no hugging or touching, etc.

What really amazes me is the people that are making these crazy decisions are those in the 1960s that protested the war, were hippies against "the man" and the establishment. And now they are a bunch of anal-retentive assholes that have turned into all that they opposed when they were younger.
