And I've never heard of her, but the pictures linked to in the first post definitely look like number 29 at the July 2003 Nudes-a-Poppin', and that's the name in the contestant list on the Buttman at Nudes-a-Poppin' 16 DVD, and what you can hear the announcer call her when she walks onto the stage.

I'd say it's a 99% chance that it IS Lizzie Mills. No tattoo on the girl in question, but she does have a pierced belly and pierced clit, which Lizzie does as well. Plus the body and face are identical.
