No word on the gender of the teen. And the article says its a "splinter group," so I'm thinking that it's not actually part of the Catholic church. The follow up of this is going to be interesting.

As I wrote in the OP and the way it appears in the article the guy is a bishop of a splinter group which I think is not affiliated with the church. The story was pretty non-specific about many details.
