well the right opposes extensive background checks which is fucking sickening. what about the Virginia Tech shooter? legally purchased gun bought by someone with a lifetime of mental illness. if the sandy hook kid's mom would have had extensive background checks they would have seen that she had a son with a history of mental illness.

why continue to allow gun show sales without the same federal guidelines? are gun shows mentioned in the 2nd amendment? im a gun owner, but I believe that anyone who owns a gun should be required to have a license and registration, just like you have with a car, a motorcycle, a boat etc. what is the fucking objection to that?

The mother from Sandy Hook was murdered BEFORE he took the guns...she bought him nothing, and was seeking to have him institutionalized. He borrowed nothing, he murdered, and stole those weapons.

Again, if you are so concerned with extensive back round checks, take that ILLEGALLY altered AK 47, to the ATF, turn it in, turn in the guy that did it, turn in yourself and plead guilty, and accept the consequences. I caught it the first time...I'm just not a petty twat. She was MENTALLY COMPETENT....she had every right to own those guns,and from what I remember, they were locked up. He killed her, because she wouldn't give them to her.

As far as YOUR gun...I wouldn't believe one bit of that, unless I saw EVERY SINGLE document. The ATF has no sense of humor when it comes to those things, and you would not likely just walk away scott free....and the guy that altered, and sold it would get worse then you.
