Very unlikely. Among other things the article says that, by one version of her life story, she must have given birth to several children when she was already past 60. Verified age of one's children often disprove their alleged claims of being 120, 130 or more years old.
However, I saw a documentary a few years back and it showed a women whose confirmed age was - I don't remember the exact number, but well over 110. And back in the 19th century she used to work in a shop and she still remembered how she once sold paint to Van Gogh! But the women has passed away since the documentary was made.
