this is JJ Plush from a film soon to be release called "OPERATION HAVOC!" .She plays ultra ditzy secret agent Candy Monroe.
It's a spoof on the James Bond,Austin Powers,Matt Helm type films with some Charlie's Angels and Pamela Anderson's V.I.P thrown in.
