Original name for a movie I watched in Brasil

Hello people. I've once had this movie borrowed from an uncle. It used to be sold cheap in a DVD that came along with a magazine, wich contained two movies under the brasilian name "Mulheres..." (Women...) and "Atendimento Especial" (Special Treatment). "Mulheres..." was a lesbian movie that does not interest me that much, but I would love to watch again "Atendimento Especial". I remember that its original name in english had something about donuts, the movie itself had quite an bizarre amateur atmosphere, involving nurses and the donuts. The blonde chick in the cover was really nice, as also was a cute asian girl (that reaceives a really mean treatment).

So, all I have is the brazilian cover, I know this should be a movie from the middle 90's and it is a north-american production.
