What's been stickin' in yer craw, getting yer dander up, and making you all hot under the collar during our glorious and luxurious pandemic?

As for me, I'm having an impossible time buying 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and I wake up late so it's hard to get to La Salsa(the one on Pico & Sepulveda) before their new closing time at 4PM.

Canceled vacation in April. Another one in July. Long story - but just canceled my Marriott Rewards Visa card. Still have last year's free night's stay certificate, which expires 1/31/2021. Don't know how / where I'll use it. No 4th of July fireworks. Etc.

As for me, I'm having an impossible time buying 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and I wake up late so it's hard to get to La Salsa(the one on Pico & Sepulveda) before their new closing time at 4PM.

I still have most of a large bottle of 91% Iso Alcohol. I bought it a few years ago when I was building my own PC, and I needed a little bit to clean it's CPU before I put that silvery stuff between it and the water cooling heat sing I bought for it. All they had to buy was a large bottle of it. I think more of it has evaporated through the plastic bottle than I ever used. I don't even clean things with it because 70% is better as a cleaning solution, and I never wanted to do the math and measuring to dilute it to the right amount.

Anyway, my pandemic pet peeve is when I realized that our safety was going to have to rely on other people's common sense and willing to give a shit about their fellow man. It was at that moment I knew as a country we were screwed by this.

Something simple but annoying - since covid I can't find Bicks Sauerkraut in any major grocery store where I live, been sold out for months. I suspect it is due to early rumors that it could prevent covid which is likely bullshit.
