Paypal help

I only use paypal to pay for things and not to accept payment. So i recently sold something on ebay and i always say that I only accept money orders or checks, and what do i find this morning when i wake up, the idiot sends a payment in my e-mail. i just need some help what do i do to turn that into paper money? thanks for any help.

take the payment and put it in your bank account. paypal only charges like .0000000000000001% on the payments you accept.
