So which is your favorite, Bacon or Sausage?

I guess Bacon is what I would go for, smells alot better.

I love going over to Germany...they have some killer sausages. ;-)

But I don't eat that much pork. Maybe 1-2x a month at the most.

Can you clarify something, please? By sausage, do you mean, like, hot dog franks, or breakfast sausage? Because that makes a huge difference in my book.

Bacon for BLT's, the season is upon us.

Sausages don't work on toast, so bacon on toast with HP sauce.

But for a sandwich, you can't beat the Great British Banger. But it must be a good quality sausage. Not too fatty and not stuffed with rusk. With English mustard and Tomato Ketchup.

There are few things better than bacon, especially done right. I really like then the fat gets deep fried in the grease so it crumbles in your mouth.

But good sausage can be even more succulent.

IT'S SO HARD TO CHOOSE!
