I would go with bacon myself. Of course, since I had a heart attack in October, I'm not allowed to eat the pork variety. They do make turkey bacon and sausage, and it's not that bad really (not the same, but not bad)...BUT, I don't really eat either that much anymore (and like I said, NEVER the pork variety).

I love going over to Germany...they have some killer sausages. ;-)

But I don't eat that much pork. Maybe 1-2x a month at the most.
