I found an MPEG gallery (now defunct) about 10 or 12 years ago on a TGP/movie site (also defunct) called madrus.com. The gallery itself was hosted on a site called qualityvids.com (yep, defunct.)

As you can see, it's an FM 1-on-1 scene with a sorta pale white busty blonde (tits look natural to me, soft and pillowy; big areolas with small nipples), wearing what appear to be dog tags, a black bra, and, I THINK, white socks and hiking shoes or boots, getting screwed standing up (one leg up in the air, bent at the knee) by a white guy wearing a (gold?) wristwatch and shirt (looks dark green to me, like non-camouflage army fatigues.) Then, she takes off the tags and bra, sits down (I think on a chair, but you can't tell,) and gives him a titjob / blowjob, and he cums on her tits.
I know the movie COULD NOT have been made any later than June, 2002, since that's approximately the earliest date that the Internet Archive stored a copy of the gallery in question.
Beyond that, here are my recollections and thoughts (keep in mind these may be FUZZY or TOTALLY WRONG):
I remember this movie being badly dubbed in German. For example, the audio wouldn't sync up correctly, there'd be dialogue when no one was moving their mouth, etc. I assume it was a non-German production, but that's all it is--an assumption. Why I tend to think that, though, is I remember seeing bad German dubbing in other movies linked from that same TGP site (madrus.com.) For example, they had a German version of "Hollywood or Bust" (1998, Big Top Video) featuring Roxy Rider, Mesha Lynn, Peter North, etc. Same deal: audio would be happening when no one's mouths were moving, exaggerated out-of-sync sounds, etc. I have no clue who did the dubbing, or even if it was done by the same people.
I remember the guy having dark hair, a ponytail or (just long hair,) and wearing some kind of hat or bandanna or something. I think it was the same color as his shirt. I'm really unsure about the presence of the ponytail / long hair and hat, but I have a somewhat strong memory of them, so I'm puttin' it out there.
I have a gut feeling it might be a Euro production, but no real reason for it.
I don't think it was made any earlier than the mid 90s. Just a guess, can't really tell from those tiny thumbnails. Maybe between 1997 and 2001. Again, just a guess.
Lastly, and this is truly just a guess, but I'm getting an army / military vibe from the pics. The dog tags (if I'm seeing them correctly), his shirt, the way I "remember" his hat / bandanna / cap looking, her shoes / boots, it makes me wonder if it's a military fetish film. Just an idea; I really don't have a clue.
