I read one recently, The one with a Hugh Laurie interview. I was shocked by how light the mag was. Back in the day there were hundreds of pages. It wasn't just the internet that killed it. The lad mags have been undermining it for years.

Like most guys in my age group,Playboy was where it all started.I did actually enjoy a lot of the articles and interviews since then-I even learned how to tie a necktie from them,so I have more than a few good memories thanks to the magazine.

I'll still pick up a copy if the interview subject is good.

Playboy would have been written off years ago if it wasnt for "the girls next door" taking off and keeping it afloat. Once that money started to dry up those girls were the hell outta there. It's not just the fact that there's a lot of free porn out there. It's also due to the fact that most people have gotten tired of girls doing nothing but showing off their airbrushed perfect tits.

Playboy has been dying a slow, painful death for quite a while. The Girl's Next Door was probably the only thing keeping it afloat. I know I tuned it to watch it every now and then. (Holly = so unbelievably sexy & Kendra = almost as sexy)

However, I seem to have lost the keys to my time machine so unless Hef can find his, then Playboy is going to have to give up on whatever archaic business model they are still trying to use from the 50's.

Personally, I need more than 2 or 3 pictures to whack off. What they should do is include a CD with every issue. The CD can contain all the behind the scenes videos of the shoots. This would give people more to masturbate to rather than just a static image.
