A good start would be the scene which is the subject of this thread. I tried to find where this scene is from without much luck.

Following the link above given by edirons22 one of the scenes she participated was from the "Superdick"-Series, but actually I'm not able finding any further information about Lynn Smith or the SD-series :-(

Any other idea?
