Pocahantis - whatever happened to her?

"Pocahantis" was active in 1999-2001 but I haven't seen her since then.

Does anyone know:
1. What her real (or other) name is?
2. Is she still active online anywhere? (her old URL doesn't lead to her anymore)
3. Where she went?
