I love that history though, British monarchy and all the people surrounding it.
I read about it a lot and know quite a lot about it up until about 1603.

The Royals are as useless as they get. They are born into wealth (never earning it) and live off the tax payer or off of free gifts that rich foreigners provide for them. They tend to marry other royalty throughout Europe (regardless of ethnicity/nationality etc) because marrying a commoner would be disgusting, we actually have people in Germany and the US that are in line for the British throne. Some British people harp on about being proud of being British and what it stands for yet they don't even realise the current royal family isn't British and would rather mix with rich/powerful foreigners than their own people. Then you've got dukes, earls, counts, barons, viscounts and marquessates etc Sorry but no place for them in modern society, they don't sacrifice their lives for the title but rather use the title/position to make their own lives easier.
