Police: Man with HIV raped 6-month-old

SILVERTON, OH (FOX19) -

Bond was set on Monday for a Silverton man accused of raping a 6-month-old boy.

Police say Lenny Love, 29, raped the infant in March. Police also say that Love did so while knowingly carrying HIV.

Police arrested Love Friday and charged him with 2 counts of rape, 1 count of felonious assault and 1 count of possession of marijuana.

He was in court on Monday, where his bond was set at $600,000. His case heads to the grand jury on July 11.

I've been noticing on a lot of those 'Lockup' shows these types of sub-humans get off'd. If it's high profile as well that's more likely someone will see the beast and word will get around - long as he is in general population.

That is the situation throughout the prison system. Specifically, in both the Men & Women's prison the prisoners whose victims are chilldren are separated because there are those in the system that are parents. Which is why I believe that if a pedophile wants parole then first they should be in general population for a week. If the gentlemen or ladies in the cellblock feel they deserve it then give them parole. If they do not want this requirement, then they stay as a permanent guest of the judicial system.
