Can California afford to fight these fires? Getting this under control has got to be running the state a tab of....$200 million? $500 million?

I remember reading that we will probably have to tap into our rain day fund to help with the cost of this fire.

I hope that rainy day has been *filled up* because fires are expensive burdans which are hard to budget for (even if they seem to happen each year in Cali).
