Tulare is one of the greatest piece of shit places in California, maybe the entire nation. I'm surprised there are any "dangerous intersections there."
However, the lemonade stand IS supposed to be out in front of the house OR there WOULD be people setting up all sorts of homemade vendors on every street corner.
I wonder if the wackoes would be saying :thumbsup: if it was a little Mexican kid selling tamales or burritos?
I have heard that little towns in the Central Valley have "meat vendors" where people walk around pulling a wagon and a cooler selling meat door to door. "Street entrepreneurish" is somewhat an accepted thing....
