Are you buying it?
I'm not.

Is there really a child prostitution problem connected with the Superbowl?
Are they saying that Football fans and pedephilia are connected?
It seems to me they are using The Superbowl to promote their anti- prostitution agenda.
I also think it's an excuse for some police to get some overtime pay.
Most people don't care about prostitution being legal or not, but when they hear the word "child" it causes a reaction and i think they're using that as a way to get attention with this.

Has it happened, probably. Men want to get laid but not many with a child.
I'm not buying it, I think it's a little insulting to sports fans also.

What's your opinion? We'd like to know.

AFK..being taken to the vet to get neutered.
looks like what we used to call in the UK 'a silly season' story: a desperate attempt to make waves and grab attention during a news lull.

It's a crock of shit, and they know it.

You wanna know what the real whore influx will be that day: the fuckin' media, that's who.

yep.
of course there will be hookers near an area of thousands of men.
And the police/gov will waste tons of taxpayer money trying to stop it, chucking poor bastards in jail, fining them a lot of money, giving them criminal records and ruining many of their lives just because they wanted a 20 dollar blowjob.
but child sex rings? I doubt it, and if there is its a very very small amount.

Yes, I bribed and cheated to get this far
Well, a huge crowd of people about to descend on the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, you're likely to find whatever you want. But are all of those people looking for child prostitutes? Of course not, they're going to the game, and what about dads taking their kids or whole families going to the game? For single guys going to Dallas for the game and maybe get a hooker while they're visiting the area, sure, they can find hookers but will every single one of them be looking for child prostitutes? Of course not, now that doesn't mean there won't be any unsavory characters offering them, there just might be 1 or 2 assholes to ruin it for the rest. And who knows, maybe 1 of the 2 assholes might be a cop running a sting operation trying to catch men wanting sex with young girls.

Anyway, I'm not too cognizant of prostitution here in the U.S. I just go down to Mexico where it's legal. I don't even know where to find prostitutes anywhere near where I live!

Here Zombie, Zombie, Zombie...
Well seeing how tickets are like 5 grand, I don't think people will have money left over. They're even charging people to hang out in the parking lot. What a bonus, freezing weather outside and charged to stand in it!

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
Interesting article. But I didn't see anything in it that suggested that Super Bowl attendees were more (or less) likely to be pedos than the average person. It's just that with any big sporting event, you'll have a big population of people (many from out of town) who are looking to party and have a good time... which means different things to different people. It's not that the guy who might consider getting with a hooker is looking for a 12 year old in braids. But if a pimp sends in a 16 year old with D cups, who looks 22, he might get "the sale". There is a big problem with underage runaways in the U.S, and with Dallas being so close to Mexico, with girls trafficked in across the border.

I'm not into football anymore, but I used to go to a LOT of races every year. And at every race, especially if you stayed for the whole weekend, you'd eventually see ads for escorts and even hookers here and there. For pimps and hookers, selling sex is a business. IMO, it only makes sense that they would be out in force for large sporting events... and that includes girls who have been brought in from out of town (above age and under age).

BTW, I read another article that Dallas area strip clubs are worried about a stripper shortage. So they're trying to "import" strippers for the big weekend.

And here's the reason they want to cater to the Super Bowl crowd (found on another site):
WHO IS THE TYPICAL SUPER BOWL ATTENDEE AND WHAT IS THE TYPICAL LENGTH OF STAY?
The average Super Bowl attendee spends four nights in a hotel. Of the attendees, 85% are from another state, 70-90% arrive by plane and the average fan spends $1,500 - $2,000 during his/her stay.
Of these visitors:

60% classify their occupation as managerial or professional.
53% earn at least $75,000 per year.
38% earn more than $100,000 per year.

65% are key decision-makers in their company.
60% of the above key decision-makers work at companies who host meetings outside of their corporate headquarters.
70% of these decision-makers would consider holding a meeting in the host city after visiting because of their positive Super Bowl experience.
20% would consider expanding their present operations in the host city area.
29% would consider establishing business operations in the host city area.
