If the plots build anticipation and really just unleashes itself when the scene turns erotic, then yeah, that plot can make a difference. But how often do you see that in porn? Rarely if ever.

Does it means that spreading a lot of money in big productions with decors, costumes, etc. such as Pirates 1 and 2 is just a big waste of money ?

It doesn't have to be a masterpiece of writing or anything but it does help a lot if a scene has some non-stupid dialog that's believable in a somewhat believable situation and sets the mood or makes the scene more erotic.

I think plots can really hook someone if done right look at pirates 1 and 2 they are still at the top of the charts for bestsellers.

Personally i like to to watch porn movies with plots even though there are not many good ones.
