I get this lady with a think indian accent telling me what I signed for and I explained it wasnt made clear in the terms and condtions and that i wanted my money refunded. she said she would pass it on to the refund department and i would have a response back within 24 to 48 hours on my refund status. 48 hours later no response. called again got a guy with a thicker indian accent asked for the refund dept he said they only respond by email. so i tell him i was told I would be getting an email within 24 to 48 hours about my refund. he tells me the refund dept is on vacation. the whole dam department I asked? the guy made excuses and said I would get my refund but it sounded like he wanted to get me off the phone. So I say again this website is a rip off save your money and sign up for a better site!!!</blockquote>
