I think Ashlynn Brooke is dating Tommy Gunn. I'm not sure if they are still together but I did read that they are or maybe used to be a couple.

I don't think you can get a comprehensive list that remains updated because of all the relationship changes in porn.

Voodoo and Nicole Sheridan seem to have a pretty long standing relationship. However, it's rare to see them do boy/girl work outside of their own combination.

I think Evan Stone and Jessica Drake are married or in a very serious relationship.

You might count Jenna Jameson and Tito Ortiz. Jenna was still doing porn full time when they started their relationship. Before Tito she was married to Brad Armstrong if memory serves me correct.

Then there was Asia Carerra and Bud Lee. Lee directed a lot of Asia's movies while they were married. Of course that was a while ago and they have been divorced.
