Here is a reference picture I took of myself on the 27th of December. It's about a month after the other picture some people on here have seen. I felt bad when I took it as I had decreased my calorie intake by more than 1,500calories/day by that point and was well past being in a calorific deficit for two months. It was at the end of my cut, although I didn't loose as much body fat as I wanted because it snowed earlier than I thought it would this year and it stopped my from doing sprints outside. I actually look a lot better than that today now that I loaded up on carbs again. It did show me one thing. I need to bring up my arms and chest this year. They’re sort of lacking compared to everything else.

I don't think that's aways the case, some I guess fear being seen by someone that might recognize them. :dunno: The internet is smaller than you think my friend. I just a few weeks ago spotted a nude male relative. He was on an ad for one of those find a friend in your area sites in a banner on the side of a set I was considering for a sig. Bet he never thought he would be seen. :rofl:

Good thing that with me what happens on the net stays on the net. Or he would fry in our family. A whole lot of old world Italians still left, great Aunts and such. lol.

It is a great thread though, even the funny/joke ones are worth coming in.

Okay let me explain.

I think you'll find 90% of the people on here aren't going to put a picture up of themselves. In fact you'll most likely find around half would never put a picture of themselves on the internet. Especially on a adult board.
