Here is a reference picture I took of myself on the 27th of December. It's about a month after the other picture some people on here have seen. I felt bad when I took it as I had decreased my calorie intake by more than 1,500calories/day by that point and was well past being in a calorific deficit for two months. It was at the end of my cut, although I didn't loose as much body fat as I wanted because it snowed earlier than I thought it would this year and it stopped my from doing sprints outside. I actually look a lot better than that today now that I loaded up on carbs again. It did show me one thing. I need to bring up my arms and chest this year. They’re sort of lacking compared to everything else.

D-Rock, if that's really a photograph of you, are you biracial? I'm curious because that is not the 'image' that I had of you from your postings here. I was under the impression that you were African American though. You don't have to answer if you don't wish to, but I suppose your signatures, username, and avatar gave me a different image. I also thought that you would be a lot older.
