I think it was more to do with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson who needed help to pay her debts. On BBC news they had a guy reviewing the next days newspaper headlines and he outlined how they were distorting the link just to make a story, we all probably know someone through association who is doing something illegal (we often don't even know it) so unless he was having sex with underage prostitutes as well I wouldn't read to much into it, although like all the rest of the Royals he is still a complete waste of space and I personally don't care for reading about him.
