has anyone read any tips on how to produce bigger loads? i've read a few things like drinking plenty of water, raw eggs etc. anyone got any more ideas?

i'm told that stuff like celery and watermelon is more important in terms of improving taste rather than volume. pineapple juice is one of the best things for improving taste. asparagus is supposed to be the worst for making it taste rank. from some of the research i've done today apparently the following are good for increasing volume:
pumpkin seeds (or pumpkin oil in capsule form from your local herbal store)
brazil nuts seem to be mentioned as the best type of nut
a supplement called L-arginine (capsules from health stores)
zinc, as someone has already mentioned
raw egg whites (apparently cooking destroys a lot of the benefits)
oysters (i think i read that peter north recommends them)
bananas - haven't seen them recommended but i always notice an increase after eating them
drink plenty of water
wear loose underwear - boxers and things that don't squeeze your balls
apparently splashing cold water on your nuts helps
not cumming for 24 hours before you want to unleash your big shot
anyone know if you can just keep taking stuff like zinc or l-arginine capsules or are you supposed to only take them for a limited time?
anyone got any more ideas?
