We can and do send young 18 year old men away to fight wars in foreign countries, yet when they return back to America, we're going to treat them like children ? huh ?

I would advocate that this program be used as a part of a probationary - punitive measure for young people with a history of a bad driving, but certainly not everybody under 21. There is no need to demean everybody, none whatsoever.

Hell, why don't they just mandate that all failing grade students "F" now be upgraded to a "C" (satisfactory) status ? and while we're at it, degrade all "A" grade (excellent) students to a "C" satisfactory level.
All things are equal in this new utopia, correct ?

WTF is wrong with me?!
i see how it could help but we all know that they are going to be targeted by police with these decals. Drugs and alcohol will cause them to be stopping teens and search the car. I think that it should be used for the restricted number of passangers, the no cell phones, and loud music because loud music is just as bad if not worse then talking on bluetooth. also until 21? They can vote and go to war but you still treat them as kids? sounds like bullshit to me.

Also i i dont understand can they have more then one person if they are in your family? Now i think it is one person outside your household plus any number from your house.

what the fuck you lookin at?
I see nothing wrong with this. Of course if I was still a teen, Id have issues with this, but I'm far to old for it to negatively affect me. At this point all I see is positives! They do need to keep tabs on the punk ass kids driving around these days.

You can't have everything! Where would you put it?!
Bizarre. Another example where the US will not let people grow up. It never ceases to amaze me. Especially when they talk about college students and drinking as if it was like letting three year olds play with dynamite. I read last week that one of the people who pushed Reagan into signing the 21 year old drinking age bill has now come to regret it. His reasoning was that it makes kids/adults break the law. This results in an overall disrespect for law enforcement. (To say nothing of generating countless "crimes" that stop police from dealing with real criminals)

I have never met anyone who doesn't think that a soldier shouldn't be unable to unwind with a beer regardless of their age. If you meet someone who disagrees ask them why and post the response on here.
