I just need a name on what type of bikini this is??

I've googled "full body bikini" and "one piece bikini" but I don't find this particular one (modelled nicely by the way by coco - ice t's woman)

i don't think its called a bikini when its one piece like this? just a swimsuit, bathing costume, swim wear, one piece swimsuit etc etc?
