Rep doesn't mean a thing, so if you cry over every neg rep you should step away from your computer and go for a walk.

Sure it is nice to get rep as a sort of reward for good posts or if someone thinks your funny, but i for one just give anyone rep, for no reason other than i feel like it. The only downside being that when i actually want to rep someone properly, i have already reached the limit for that day.
