That's just plain sloppy. Regulation requires two valid ID's for exactly this reason. Probably the director was playing fast and loose and nobody bothered to double check.
If a gal doesn't have the proper papers, we don't shoot. End of story. Hustler certainly won't let us release a girl on DVD unless the age is confirmed per Federal requirements. (Luckily we're able to work through agencies, so there are multiple layers of vetting.)

Tricky one this but I guess it depends of the quality of the fake ID. If it was fairly convincing to an average person then what can you say to the producers as they were convincingly deceived. If the ID is clearly fake and it was easy to tell then most likely they knew what they were doing. I doubt any of these guys would risk knowingly sleeping with a 15 year old because if caught that would mean jail and severe financial penalties and there are plenty of overage girls out there they could easily have.

RealityKings is not responsible for that documentation being fake. They aren't detectives and they don't check backgrounds and credit scores.

I'm not going to pretend to know the full story, but in this case it sounds like the ID was neither valid nor sufficient. (The reason the Feds require 2 forms is they want to make it harder to roll with a fake.) And if the ID is expired as reported, it should be a no-go.
'Course, the reporting could be sloppy and RK could in fact be blameless.
This is actually a salient point— I'd be surprised if their wasn't some pretty abysmal parenting going on...

Just what I was thinking, she's seen an opportunity for a huge payout. Wouldn't surprise me if she put her daughter up to the whole scheme, if she was any sort of mother her 15 year old daughter wouldn't have been walking the streets with fake IDs. Again, how old do you have to be to be considered a 'victim' in these circumstances? How many of these type of stories do we need to hear before people admit to themselves that antiquated laws and the hype of consequence only heighten the taboo. The U.S. puts a legal shock collar on people, and then lead them across the line. Meanwhile, according to 'the law', sex with a minor regardless of situation gets you locked up in most states. I would think RK is more then careful with things like this being one of the biggest online porn companies. Really doubt "playing fast" is what caused this. They got tricked by a stupid girl not thinking about the consequences of her acts. A child yes. A lot of people can get in serious trouble over this, big fines, jail time,etc.
If it comes out RK was being sloppy I would say fuck them, but until then I blame the stupid girl.
